A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S — The EU Commission closes competition case without finding infringement
In 2013, the EU Commission initiated a formal investigation into 14 container shipping companies including Maersk Line, cf. the Company's Announcement published on 22 November 2013.
Today, the EU Commission has announced that it has closed its formal investigation without finding an infringement of EU competition law.
